POINTLESS KILLING = BANNED

📖 Westline LA RP — Interaction & Extended Rules

90-Second Rule (Second Interaction): You must engage in 90 seconds of quality RP and have valid prior story/beef before killing or robbing anyone.
- ⛔ Failure = RDM.
45-Minute Cooldown: After an interaction, you must wait 45 minutes before interacting with the same person/gang again.
RP does not start inside a car. Do not run to your car to avoid RP. If you’re caught on foot, stay on foot.
IF someone attempts to avoid RP by running to their car, you are allowed to kill them but not rob them. This behavior is not allowed — clip the incident and submit it to staff.
Weapons cannot be pulled before the interaction timer is complete.
You may shoot and rob, but you cannot flatback someone and rob them.

RDM (Random Deathmatch): Strictly prohibited.
Pink Guns from females cannot be robbed
Breaking Character/OOC Talk: No mentions of rules, Discord, Twitch, etc., in-character.
Combat Logging: Quitting to avoid death, item loss, or RP = ban.
Powergaming: No abusing mechanics for unfair advantages.
Metagaming: No using OOC info (Discord calls, Twitch, etc.) in-city.
Emote Exploiting: Using emotes for unintended advantages is forbidden.
Pocket Wiping: After robberies, leave the player with their radio and phone.
Water/Ocean Dumping: Not allowed.
/me Abuse: Only describe non-animated actions. When downed, only use /me for injury info.
City Promotion: No promoting other servers — auto ban.
Reporting Rules: Clips must show PLAYER ID, or they are invalid.
No selling inside vehicles.
All donations/purchases are non-refundable.
No F8 quitting to avoid a scene — results in auto ban.
No spam punching.
No graffiti in whitelisted areas or businesses.
No selling drugs in hidden locations.
Players “in their head” can be robbed unless in a green zone.
Scamming cap: You cannot scam someone for more than $150K cash.
No aim-botting, speed boosting, glitch rolling, or removing props.

Bleeding Out (on side): You are not dead — wait for EMS.
Flat-Backed (fully downed): You are dead and must:
- Forget all info 30 minutes prior to death.
- Not remember or retaliate from the scene.
- Not remind others about the scene.
If revived by EMS, you may not return for 30 minutes.
Exception: PD revived by combat medic.
Respect EMS at all times.

Civilians must act like civilians, not like gang members.
Super Civ’ing: Civs cannot group in 2+ or act gang-like. (Max: 2 civs for illegal activity.)
Gang ID: Gang members must wear identifying clothing unless working.
False flagging: Prohibited.
- Robbing Rules: Civs cannot get robbed by gangs unless their at a drug location, or being hostile towards the gang.
Gang initiation: Must be based on valid RP/story.
Leaving gangs/jobs: Must be fully roleplayed in-city.

Before marriage, both players must agree who will pay the 100K divorce fee if it happens.
If cheating occurs, the fine must be paid regardless of prior agreement.
Engagement must clearly establish who pays the fee. Clip this for admin proof.
Pregnant women cannot be killed or robbed. Lying about pregnancy = comms. (Clip and submit proof.)
If you catch your spouse cheating:
- You have 60 seconds of RP before killing them and/or their partner.
- No robbing allowed.
- After killing, you may not return for 1 hour. Clip the whole scene.
- Submit the clip to admins, and the divorce process will begin.
- After admin confirmation, you are officially divorced.
- No revenge kills afterward — move on.
  - DIVORCE COST : 200K Must be paid to the government

If someone causes issues at your business, call PD and file a restraining order.
Restraining orders last 1 day.
If they return, clip and submit — admins will handle.
Violating restraining orders = fines.

No crimes or hostile actions at:
- Apartments
- Houses
- All civilian jobs (Recycling, Mining, Lifeguard, Trucking, etc.)
- Buisness and City events.
No camping at money washers at all.
Do not run into a green zone to escape RP.

Traffic stops must be fully roleplayed — no instant chases or F8ing
Impersonating PD/EMS: Prohibited.
Fear RP applies: If PD loses, gangs must still respect PD presence and leave the scene (no waiting for EMS).
Shooting cops: Allowed only if:
- There is 90 seconds of RP with valid interaction, OR You fear for your freedom.

Civs no camping at drug locations against gangs.
KOS Rules:
- Cayo Perico (Gang Island): Full KOS.
- Airdrops:
  - Cayo: KOS. You may rob anyone. Anything may be taken.
  - City: KOS. No robbing allowed.
Gang Sprays: Must be reasonable; not sprayed on businesses.
Airdrops: No teaming of more than 2 people .
